隆重介绍我们邀请的9位人工智能法治研究领域的青年精英，他们将在现场发表精彩演讲，分享脑机结合、情感计算、数据信托、数字孪生、可信算法等前沿话题的最新研究成果，其中多个原创学术内容系全球首发。

中国人民公安大学法学院副教授
Associate Professor, Law School, People's Public Security University of China
苏宇，中国人民公安大学法学院副教授、数据法学研究院院长。中国人民大学法学学士（2007），北京大学法学硕士（2009）、法学博士（2013），美国加州大学伯克利分校访问学者，中国法学会网络与信息法学研究会理事。曾在《中国法学》《法学研究》等高水平学术刊物发表论文40余篇， 6次被《新华文摘》《人大报刊复印资料》《中国社会科学文摘》摘录或转载，曾承担7家CSSCI刊物的稿件外审工作。主持或参与国家级、省部级项目、课题20余项。曾获第八届“董必武青年法学成果奖”二等奖、中国警察法学研究会年会征文评审一等奖、中国人民公安大学科研杰出贡献奖、中国人民公安大学课堂教学比赛中职组全校第一名等荣誉。主要研究领域为行政法学、数据法学。
SU Yu is currently an associate professor at the Law School of People’s Public Security University of China (PPSUC) and chief of the Institute of Data Law Research. He received his Bachelor degree of Law in Renmin University of China in 2007, and his Master and Doctorate of Law in Peking University in the following 6 years, while spent a year as a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. He is now a fellow of the Cyber and Information Law Society, an inferior society of the China Law Society. He has published more than 40 papers in top academic journals such as China Legal Science and Chinese Journal of Law, and has been extracted or reprinted six times by Xinhua Digest, Classics reprinted from National Newspapers and Journals by Renmin University of China, and Digest of Social Science in China. He has been appointed as a peer reviewer of 7 CSSCI journals in China, who also leads or participates in more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial-level research projects. He was won the second prize of the 8th Dong Biwu Legal Research Achievements Award for Young Scholars. His paper has been awarded first prize in the 2015 annual seminar of the China Association of Police Law. He won the Outstanding Contribution Award of Scientific Research issued by PPSUC, and ranked top in a teaching competition held by the university. His main research areas are administrative law and data law.
