如果打不开网页怎么办一般情况可能是dns解析不正常只要在网上邻居里把首选dns里写上固定我这个是电信默认的。具体什么城市默认的dns可以自己网上搜索。

如果修改了dns还是不能上网，可能是host文件被污染了，需要还原。找到host替换下面的代码，保存。
找到指定路径下的host文件WNDOWS\\system32\\drivers\\etc看host文件是否有被更改
